Here is an approximate itinerary of our mission trip:
Day 1
Depart from USA
Day 2
Arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines
Spend the night in Manila.
Day 3
Historical Tour including a visit to the American and Filipino Military Cemetery
Necessary and fun shopping
Day 4
Fly to Mindanao and travel to Manticao then to Christians’ Haven.
Days 5-9
Experience life at Christians’ Haven
SAMPLE DAY:
5:30 a.m. – Morning Devotions
6:30 a.m. – Breakfast
Work projects on and off campus including painting and misc. labor
Preparations for street feeding and other outreach activities
Tour of Iligan or Cagayan De Oro
Street feeding or other outreach activity
5:30 p.m. – Dinner
7:00 p.m. – Evening Devotions
8:30 p.m. – Team Debrief
Day 10
Special extraordinary event including staff and college students.
Day 11
Fly to Manila
Day 12
Depart from Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines
Day 13
Arrive home
